We aim to reply within 24 hours on any working day although this is often sooner (Monday - Friday)

We understand that items are not always deemed suitable when received.
Returns are accepted provided that contact is made by email within 14 days of receiving goods. The customer name and order number must be included inside the return parcel.
We will issue a refund if all goods are returned in the same condition as sold and in their original packaging. Where possible it is preferred that return items remain unopened.
The customer will pay to return any unwanted items and this cost is non-refundable. We will refund the full payment which will include the original postage charge.
