A: Our amazing and fun-tastic fabrics are tailored to fit any bed size or mattress, subject to availability of choice fabric(s).

Q: Can I order Fitted Sheets instead of Flatsheets?
A: Yes. Subject to availability of choice fabric(s), Luxe Linen can and will make available fitted sheets if and when any such orders are received. To place such special orders, please e-mail us at support@luxelinensc.com . Kindly click on Bed Sizes & Measurement and e-mail your WLD measure alongside.

Q: When do I expect my delivery?
A: Orders are dispatched normally within 7 days of confirmation of payment, often within a day or two. Special orders may however take longer. We are happy to give you an estimated date of dispatch.

Q: Do you have return, exchange or refund policies?
A: We are absolutely sure you’ll love your purchases from Luxe Linen. However, in the event that you are not completely satisfied, exchanges (subject to availability of product of same specifications and price range) may be made within 7 days of purchase. Products returned for exchange must be in brand new, resellable condition, unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in original package with all paperwork.
